1. Promote Alpha Upsilon Alpha, encourage the formation of new chapters of Alpha Upsilon Alpha, and disseminate information about Alpha Upsilon Alpha, with the assistance of Headquarters staff.
2. Review applications and recommend the establishment of new chapters to the Board of Directors.
3. Develop, by May 23, 2008, a session proposal for the council activities strand for the 2009 Annual Conventions to be held in Minneapolis, Minnesota and Phoenix, Arizona.
